Stock samples are dispatched within 3 days. Custom samples are typically ready within 3–7 days. A sample fee of 300 RMB is charged, which is fully refundable upon order confirmation.

We follow a strict multi‑stage quality control process:
Incoming raw material inspection – moisture content and board color verification;
Random in‑process inspections across all production stages;
Final inspection at the packaging workshop before shipment.

For small orders, we accept cash payment. For bulk orders, we require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipment.

After deposit and sample confirmation, regular orders typically take about 25 days.

Most products are shrink‑wrapped and then packed into cartons. Some standard items include an inner paper box before outer cartoning. Custom packaging is also available upon request.
